When I won a lottery spot to the Ironman World Championship I had never been on a road bike and didn't know how to swim, so I have come a long ways (and lost 35 pounds).  I would participate in all the morning swims and night ride classes if I could find the time.  It was amazing the support I got during the Ironman from volunteers and spectators for just having the Xcell tri suit on.  Anyway, thanks for your help and hopefully next year I will be able to do more events and volunteer. "
