Personal Training

$75 per session, $700 for 10 sessions.
Individual or Group Swim Training
This is an area that has held back many an individual from getting into the wonderful world of triathlon. I have coached many individuals from barely getting across the pool one time to Ironman. Even if you are not planning on EVER going that far, I can help you get comfortable and efficient in the water. With a series of drills that are pertinent to your particular concerns, you will feel more balanced and be able to breathe better pretty quickly. While we all learn at different rates, everyone can improve over time. Cost is $80.00 per session hour.
Open Water Swim Training
This is a personal mission of mine and I believe this is one of the most important things you can do before your first race. Your safety and comfort level are of primary importance. Your swim in open water will teach you the ins and outs of sighting, pacing, relaxing in the water and race strategies for whatever level you are at. Wetsuit or non wetsuit swims are covered in detail. Your swim will be kayak assisted, complete with rescue buoys. I have many years of water rescue skills in races, group events and personal sessions. I am the only coach in Las Vegas permitted and insured to give instruction in open water in Lake Mead. Cost is $100.00 per session hour.
Computrainer Testing and Analysis
Want to get faster on the bike? Proven by professional triathletes, cyclists and age groupers to improve speed and pedaling efficiency, the CompuTrainer system provides an exciting and technically superior way to stay motivated through the long winter months. Coach-designed interval workouts will improve your power output and race speed. Power, heart rate and perceived exertion are all evaluated in each session. Threshold workouts are also available to determine your best pace for your race distance. Cost is $75.00 per session.
Sports Nutrition
Lose fat, gain muscle, and improve nutritional choices. Custom pre-race and race day food and hydration plans are designed to help you reach your potential. $75 per session.
Lifestyle Consultation
Find ways to improve your energy, learn how to make time for exercise and discover ways to make better choices for your overall health. $75 per session.
