Custom designed swim training plans for the 2nd annual Slam The Dam Open Water Swim & Pumpkinman Triathlon. You don't need to travel far to experience world class events. You will finish our program a more efficient, confident and technical swimmer ready to attack the any bike course relaxed and with energy. We’ll be focusing on energy conservation, swim efficiency and power phase development. Great for both beginner, novice and advanced swimmers/triathletes.
Tues/Thurs Pool Workouts at Whitney Ranch , 5:30 a.m.
Saturday Lake Workouts at Boulder Beach, 8 a.m.

Swimmer Requirements
- Must have participated in any SLV groups, masters workouts or completed 1 or more triathlons.
- Must have the following Gear: Pull buoy, fins, goggles.
- Must have the desire to learn basic freestyle.
- Must agree to the Coaches Expectations
Details:
- Pool workouts will be 1 hr.
- Lake workouts will be 45 min to 1.5 hr.
- Lake workouts will include in-depth open water skill sessions.
- Plan includes: 3 coached workouts a week.
- Drop in are not recommended.
