Events - Tri Workshop

April 7th, 2012 at Westin (Formerly Loews)
Lake Las Vegas

Go through an actual swim, bike and run practice on the IRON GIRL COURSE with the expert guidance and direction of Jackie Arcana.  Workshop is part discussion, mostly doing.  What to wear, what to eat, how to set up transition area and other top tips will be covered.

After completing this workshop you will feel much better prepared for what race day is actually like.   You will swim briefly in Lake Las Vegas, plus bike and run short distances. 

 

Please bring:

Bike
Helmet
Cycling Shoes if you wear them
Sunglasses
Running hat
Outfit suitable to workout in for all three sports
Wetsuit - if you have one
Running Shoes
Water bottles - filled
Snacks
